Hunter has been in FinTech for 27 years serving in management and executive leadership roles at Wells Fargo, Fiserv, Worldpay, several payments startups, CSG Forte, and most recently starting High Performance Consulting Group and TheGrowthLab.ai.
Hunter has specialized in creating high-performance teams and cultures in each company that he has served. High Performance Group provides consulting and growth advisor services to early-stage fintech companies. Hunter also provides individual coaching to leaders and executives.
Hunter's passion over the last 20 years of leading teams is to empower new leaders to thrive! So his latest company is on a mission to solve the lack of training for new leaders in organizations across the world.
